As an HR and Admin Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s human resources and administrative operations. You'll handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy updates, performance tracking, and assist with office management and company events. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the e-invoicing process in compliance with Malaysia's regulatory requirements. This is a role for someone organized, people-focused, and proactive in shaping a positive workplace culture.   -Manage end-to-end recruitment processes : job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. -Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. -Review, update, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. -Prepare HR documentation : appointment letters, confirmations, disciplinary letters, etc. -Handle employee relations and support disciplinary and termination procedures in accordance with labor regulations. -Manage office administration : inventory, supplies, and maintenance coordination. -Organize and coordinate company events : birthdays, annual dinners, team-building, etc. -Monitor and support employee performance tracking and development plans.   • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. -Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administration functions. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems. -Proficient and familiar in using AutoCount accounting software. (For Quotation and Invoice etc.) -Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. -High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. -Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. -Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. -This job is applicable for candidates with Malaysian citizen only.
