We are seeking a motivated and skilled Manager Production Management to join our global semiconductor manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing production strategies, leading product transfer and change projects, and ensuring seamless product ramp-ups in a multicultural and global environment. In your new role you will :
- Implement and manage production strategies for the assigned product portfolio in coordination with global production sites.
- Lead transfer and change projects, including customer-driven escalations, in a global and multicultural setup.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute product ramp-up and safe-launch activities for assigned products and projects.
- Drive performance against agreed targets for cost, yield, volume shipped, and quality from transfer initiation through ramp-up completion.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, quality, production, and supply chain teams.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans while managing tight deadlines and resource constraints.
- Represent operations in customer interactions and audits related to transfers and ramp-ups.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or Physics.Proven experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in wafer processing, assembly, testing, or packaging.Strong project management skills with experience leading complex technical projects across multiple regions.Effective in navigating and managing multicultural and cross-functional teams.Structured and analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex, interdependent situations.Working knowledge of planning and supply chain operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluent in English; German proficiency is a strong plus.Benefits
