Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electronic Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of quality-related experience in the electronics or electromechanical product industry.
  • Experience as a quality manager in a manufacturing company is preferred.
  • Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, and other management systems.
  • Knowledge of ROHS, REACH, and other relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in using common QC management tools.
  • Able to independently handle customer or third-party factory audits.
  • Good command of English and Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin communication is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Honest, highly responsible, excellent communication skills, positive, optimistic, and proactive.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Control : Responsible for incoming inspection of electronic components (IQC), in-process inspection (IPQC), and outgoing inspection of finished products (OQC). Prepare inspection guidelines suitable for EPROTEK based on information provided by PROSURGE, ensuring compliance with product standards and customer requirements.
  • Issue Handling : Lead customer complaint analysis and prepare 8D reports; trace root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions. Address quality issues during production in a timely manner to reduce defect rates.
  • System Establishment and Maintenance : Build, maintain, and manage internal and external audits for the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System to ensure effective operation. Organize quality data and compile weekly / monthly reports to support continuous improvement.
  • Tool Application : Apply QC tools to carry out quality improvement projects, enhancing production process stability and product reliability.
  • Coordination and Communication : Collaborate with headquarters and other departments to drive quality improvements at the EPROTEK factory, balancing quality and production efficiency.
  • Team and Development : Assist in training new quality inspectors and gradually take on team management responsibilities.

  • Probation period : RM 4,000–6,000 per month; after probation : RM 5,000–7,000 per month.
  • Year-end double salary bonus provided, along with transportation and other related allowances.
