Requirements
- Minimum education qualification Diploma
- Multilingual abilities & knowledge of the Asian market are advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken) is required
- Experience in the hardware or door lock industry is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates must have their own transport and be able to work at the Puchong, Selangor office.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Hardworking and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
At least 2 years of sales experience inBuilding Material, Lockset & IronmongeryWilling to travel across states for business purposes.Responsible for promoting and selling Door Ironmongery and Smart Digital Door Lock System solutions to customers.Approach prospect and new customers for new sales opportunities while maintaining relationship with industry partners including but not limited to Developers, Main Contractors, Building Material Trading Houses, Doors Partners & System Integrators.Maintaining relationships with key accounts by making regular visits, following BCI leads, tracking market development, understanding market and partner needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities to grow the company market share.Communicate on market forecast and any relevant information related to customer satisfaction and competition activity.Negotiate and close sales deals effectivelyBenefits
