Responsibilities :

  • To prepare payment and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all invoices before being authorized by respective HOD.
  • Able to handle account independently with minimum supervision.
  • Assist in routine office admin work such as documentation, filing and correspondence.
  • To set up and monitor internal control system for all departments.
  • To set up cost calculation procedure for all departments to ensure accuracy of product cost.
  • To assist other matters pertaining to the accounts on ad-hoc basis.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / ”O” Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / ”A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least one of year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates who are highly productive are also encouraged apply.
