Responsibilities :
To prepare payment and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all invoices before being authorized by respective HOD.
Able to handle account independently with minimum supervision.
Assist in routine office admin work such as documentation, filing and correspondence.
To set up and monitor internal control system for all departments.
To set up cost calculation procedure for all departments to ensure accuracy of product cost.
To assist other matters pertaining to the accounts on ad-hoc basis.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / ”O” Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / ”A” Level / Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least one of year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General / Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Fresh graduates who are highly productive are also encouraged apply.
