Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Minimum of 6 hours livestream sessions per day (or as required by the campaign).

7. Language :

Proficient in the local language; additional languages are a plus depending on audience demographics.

Responsibilities

Host Live Sessions Deliver engaging and energetic live broadcasts on platforms such as TikTok ,shopee to attract and retain viewers.

Promote Products or Services Introduce, demonstrate, and explain products or services effectively to encourage purchases or user actions during the livestream.

Engage with the Audience Interact in real time with viewers by responding to comments, answering questions, and creating a positive, entertaining atmosphere.

Content Preparation Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to plan livestream topics, product highlights, and audience engagement strategies in advance.

Drive Conversion & Sales Use persuasive techniques to increase user interest and achieve sales / conversion targets set by the brand or platform.

Maintain Brand Image Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a consistent tone and appearance aligned with company values and visual identity.

Monitor Stream Performance Track viewer count, engagement metrics, and conversion rates; analyze performance to suggest improvements for future sessions.

Handle On-Camera Situations Stay calm and adaptable during live issues, such as technical glitches, unexpected audience behavior, or product errors.

Post-Livestream Reporting Provide basic feedback or reports summarizing session performance, audience feedback, and lessons learned.

Stay Current on Trends Keep up with platform updates, trending content styles, and competitive livestream tactics to stay relevant.
