Requirements -Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Mass Comm, Marketing, or related field   -Proficient in using CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar editing apps (Adobe Premiere is a bonus)   -Comfortable filming with a smartphone or camera (on-site shoots required)   -Basic understanding of TikTok and Instagram content styles   -Strong sense of storytelling and creativity   -Good time management and ability to follow brand tone   -Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (especially for Xiaohongshu)
