Location : TTDI

On-Site with options to WFH on either Mon or Fri.

7am - 4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm

Job Summary

This person is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of marketing and professional service activities, including but not limited to the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing calendar, campaigns, product launches, and events.

This person will also support the delivery of professional services which involves driving a broad range of initiatives and ensuring a strong pipeline of creative, impactful, and effective programs to achieve the brand’s business objectives.

Responsibility

Assist and support the immediate superior in planning all brand activities, including launches, marketing plans, and consumer events, to drive brand awareness and sales offtake.

Execute, manage, and coordinate marketing and professional service tasks, plans, campaigns, projects, and logistics, liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery of key objectives.

Maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, the company website, and potentially additional channels such as Google, YouTube, etc.

Conduct regular market / competitor intelligence activities, including benchmarking, pricing and demand.

Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.

Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry codes of ethics.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, consumer marketing or the healthcare industry.

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Attentive to detail, resourceful, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Able to work independently.
