Job Description :
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated, high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage daily schedules, calendar appointments and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations and logistics for business trips.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required, ensuring comprehensive support to the Managing Partner in both planned and unanticipated matters.
Job Requirements :
Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Studies, Administration, Management or Secretarial studies.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably supporting senior executives.Excellent communication skills in English, Malay and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
