Hiredly X is looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Team Lead / Manager to build and lead a high-performing 360 recruitment team. This role combines business development, client management, and leadership responsibilities — ideal for someone with a strong background in agency recruitment who is ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities : - Build and lead a team of 360 recruiters, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to drive team success.  -Lead business development activities to grow the agency’s client base and secure new job orders.  -Promote Hiredly X’s recruitment services and clearly communicate our unique selling points to potential clients. -Build relationships with key decision-makers through networking, outreach, and meetings. -Understand client businesses, hiring needs, and company cultures to tailor recruitment solutions accordingly. -Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and proposals. -Negotiate service contracts with new clients and ensure smooth handover to the recruitment (delivery) team. -Maintain strong, long-term relationships by providing clients with industry insights, salary benchmarks, and talent trends.  -Monitor business development performance, track market trends, and report findings to management. -Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.   [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-hiredly-job-recruitment-team-lead]

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. -Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a managerial / leadership role, preferably within a recruitment agency. -Senior Recruitment Consultants who are ready to take on a leadership role are encouraged to apply. -Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the recruitment industry OR 360 recruitment experience. -Strong understanding of the recruitment industry, including knowledge of various recruitment methods, trends, and best practices. -Skills : -Strong leadership and team management skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. -Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. -Proficiency in recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). -Strong organisational and time-management skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
