Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex firmware R&D projects for General Purpose Measurement Technology NPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timelines, and budgets. Work closely with product management, hardware teams, and software engineering groups to define project requirements, development roadmaps, and release plans. Manage cross-functional project teams using Agile, Scrum, and / or hybrid project management methodologies tailored to complex hardware-software systems. Create and maintain project schedules, resource plans, risk registers, and mitigation strategies. Ensure early and continuous collaboration between Software, Test and ODM partners. Monitor project progress and key performance indicators, proactively addressing risks and issues. Act as the central communication point for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, metrics, and escalations when needed. Foster a culture of innovation, high accountability, and continuous improvement in project execution and team collaboration. Contribute to the evolution of project management practices across the broader R&D organization. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of project management experience in software / firmware R&D. Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall) and embedded system development. Scrum Master, or similar project management certification is preferred. Experience managing projects involving complex interaction between hardware, embedded software, firmware, and application software. Excellent leadership, collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of Analog circuit principles, Linux, QT development, are a strong plus. Careers Privacy Statement
