Duties & Responsibilities
1. Primary
- Responsible for development and updates of Training Program Materials and documents for both store operations and non-operations related.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure information and activities are consistently communicated and updated.
- Conduct soft skills and new projects launch training for HQ staff.
- Assist Area Trainer to conduct follow ups and On-the-job evaluation for new staff to certify the staff.
2. Secondary
Plan and monitor the company’s CSR activities to meet the company’s sustainability goals.Constantly contact and meet up with external parties (eg Schools & NGOs) to execute CSR related activities on monthly basis, and ensuring all activities are recorded and documented.Drive internal and external communications with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of the CSR activities.Must-Have Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Education or Public Relations .Highly organised and disciplined to work independently and as part of a team.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.Good to Have :
Experience in Operations Training or Soft Skills Training .
Background in organizing CSR activities or events .
