Responsibilities : -To establish and maintain professional, effective and efficient communication within the business operations. -To assist the Operation and Services Manager in daily work report. -To support daily eCommerce merchant operations and enquiries. -To be responsible for all merchant KYC, profile setup and account maintenance. -To monitor daily activities of eCommerce merchants to control risk and minimize fraud transactions. -To solve eCommerce problem and complaints and provide timely solutions. -To communicate with eCommerce merchants and partners closely to solve day to day operational issues and to ensure high customers satisfaction. -To review reports and operational procedures to develop new ideas, methods to improve processes, revenue and profitability. -To be constantly aware of market trends and competitor actions to improve competitiveness. -To prepare required reports in a timely manner. -To maintains a firm, fair and healthy working relationship with all staff members.
