Job Description : -Assist the project team in planning, scheduling, and documentation -Support project coordination for solar PV installations, energy audits, and retrofit lighting projects -Help track project timelines, costs, and deliverables -Attend project site visits and support progress reporting Requirements : -Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline -Strong organizational and multitasking skills -Willing to learn project planning tools (e.g. Gantt charts, MS Project) -Interest in sustainability and energy efficiency projects Important Skills : -Strong organizational and time management skills -Basic knowledge of project management tools (Excel, Gantt charts, etc.) -Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail -Effective communication and reporting skills -Able to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
