Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM level
  • Language required : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Familiar in SQL accounting system

Responsibilities

  • To perform day to day general administrative tasks
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing phone customer phone calls
  • Handle clients’ inquiries and provide assistance
  • Monitor documents despatch and received
  • Recording documents flow and filing
  • Handle daily tasks, primarily responsible for preparing Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoice
  • Conduct purchasing based on inventory balance to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
