Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets , with at least 5 years of experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong understanding of the tourism industry, particularly in the context of ticketing, tour packages and alike.
- Excellent sales management skills, including the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently.
- Exceptional negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
- Diploma in a relevant field; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be willing to work full-time in Shah Alam.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand World Travel Ambassador's customer base and market presence.Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate companies for corporate travel requirement, company trips, ticketing and ground handling.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of World Travel Ambassador Sdn Bhd.Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and achieving sales targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns to promote World Travel Ambassador's brand and products.Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management on progress towards goals.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.Benefits
