We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Manager to oversee and expand our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing digital sales platforms, and leading a team to achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and technologies.   • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field -2+ years of experience in online sales, e-commerce management, or digital marketing (experience across both B2C and B2B channels is advantageous) -Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a digital environment -Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital sales funnels, and conversion optimization -Proficiency with digital analytics tools -Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms -Familiarity with online advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) -Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign) -Experience managing online marketplace listings  -Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally -Excellent project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail -Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights using tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or Power BI -Understanding of customer experience (CX), shopping behavior, and digital UX / UI principles -Experience working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment or startup culture is a plus -Capable of leading or mentoring a team, including online sales executives or coordinators
