We are seeking for a Credit Management Executive (Consumer) who will be responsible for the consumer reports, consumer policies, consumer accounts and / or enhancements. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to reports, blacklist, processes, invoice reconciliation and ensuring all consumer related activities run effectively on a daily and long-term basis.

Release credit blocks in the system and address requests from various departments in the blacklist mailboxCollaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders on system enhancements and defects resolutionComprehend and be familiar with consumer policies to handle shared mailbox for internal customer inquiriesManage ad-hoc data extraction to verify system functionality or performance and provide recommendationsReview weekly audit report and weekly report downloading and reconciliationPerform routine reviews of consumer reports to maintain accuracyReview and process the cases in the Consumer follow-up queueReview work processes and recommend strategies for improvements and efficiencyPerform monthly invoice reconciliationPerform additional ad-hoc duties as assigned to broaden knowledge and experienceSkills for Success :
Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Accountancy or equivalentMinimum of 2 years experience and above, preferably in Telco industryProficient in Microsoft Office including Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc)Knowledge or prior experience in CRM systems will be an advantagePrior experience in reviewing policies is a plusExperience in process enhancements and improvements is an added advantageStrong organizational and time management skillsYour Career Growth Starts Here.
