Job Description

Primary Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and manage reports related to sales activities.
  • Handle communication with clients and prospects, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Specific Responsibility

  • Support the sales team in generating leads, managing follow-ups, and entering data.
  • Input data into the system for the preparation and issuance of proposals.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of new clients.
  • Ensure Salesforce system is updated with accurate and up-to-date client and prospect information.
  • Organize and maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and related data.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regards for the health and safety of SGS
  • employees and clients, in line with SGS Policies and procedures.
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.
  • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his / her superior.

    • Qualifications

    Qualitfication

  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in sales support, marketing, or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.

    • Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for marketing and sales.
