Requirements

  • 1–2 years of working experience in sales or customer service (experience in frozen food or FMCG industry is an added advantage).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, committed, and able to work independently.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales may also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Main Purpose : To support daily sales activities, handle client accounts, and assist in building long-term business relationships.
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Handle daily customer inquiries, orders, and after-sales service.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Assist in developing new clients and sales channels.
  • Work closely with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports and updates to management.
  • Follow up on payment collections when necessary.
