This is a pivotal role for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment and is passionate about crafting compelling visuals for the European market that elevate brand identity, engage business audiences, and drive measurable results.
Your Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Visual Identity
- Drive the creative direction and continuous evolution of our visual identity across all brand touchpoints—from event experiences to digital advertising, email communications, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistency in design across all channels and formats (web, social, email, print, presentations).
Campaign & Content Collaboration
Partner with marketing, content, event and sales teams to design high-impact creative assets that support paid campaigns, organic content, sales enablement, and executive engagement.Translate complex B2B messaging into clear, visually engaging formats that resonate with senior decision-makers and service providersProject Management & Execution
Manage multiple design projects from concept to delivery, balancing creativity with deadlines and business priorities.Oversee external vendors and freelancers when needed, ensuring quality and brand alignment.Innovation & Design Excellence
Push the boundaries of traditional B2B design with fresh concepts, storytelling, and interactive content. Hands-on approach to design, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.Stay on top of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to bring innovation and efficiency to the team.What We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house creative team, with a standout portfolio showcasing work across digital and print media—ideally in an international B2B settingExperience designing for digital campaigns (social, display, email), branding, print media and editorial content.Strong collaboration skills—able to work seamlessly with different teams and stakeholders.Knowledge from HTML, video editing or UI / UX knowledge is a plusEntrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solutions-driven, and confident in taking ownership of creative initiatives from concept to execution.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design tools, with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for innovation.
