Account Manager

Job Responsibility : -Support in the overall Finance and Accounts matters. -Handle full set management account and comply with regulation. -Responsible to liaise with external auditors, tax consultant, bankers, creditors, debtors, government authority and other related parties on all financial and accounts matters. -Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be needed or assigned by superior from time to time. -Review and analyse financial results, identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, system enhancement and analysing organization operations. -Responsible for the Company’s accounting and financial functions such as taxation, cash flow management, budgeting, financial analysis, analysing variances; and developing improvements. -Design, plan, implement and improve the accounting and financial policies and procedures. -Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end / year-end financial closing activities, journal postings and prompt submission of relevant reports to Management. -Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Management Reports. -Able to handle the staff in Accounts Department. Qualifications : -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or equivalent. -Minimum 5 years working experience and preferably in Retail Fashion and Accessories Industry. -Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, Independent, meticulous and be able to work under pressure and tight deadline. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences. Must speak and read in Mandarin. -Proficient in accounting standards, statutory requirements, and tax compliance will be added advantage. -Computer literate, knowledge of MYOB will be added advantage. -To attend Company meetings, trainings and other ad hoc activities. -Familiar with the IPO and E-Invoicing process is priority. -Can start work with immediately.
