Responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction for assigned global customer accounts. Acts as the central liaison for all key aspects including pricing strategy, new product development, technological initiatives, delivery coordination, and global quality performance programs. Ensures alignment across internal teams and external partners to drive customer satisfaction and long-term account success.
Our Team
This role reports to the Sales Manager and involves close cooperation with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Service, as well as external stakeholders including customers, distributors, and suppliers.
What You Will Do
- Manage and coordinate all new development activities across global customer accounts and Molex design centers
- Drive achievement of growth and profitability targets
- Oversee global pricing strategy, including contracts, profit sharing, and strategic decisions with various divisions
- Lead and support global programs for manufacturing, delivery, and quality performance
- Monitor customer technologies and develop strategies to align Molex’s offerings accordingly
- Contribute to annual and long-term business planning to support market share and profitability goals
- Prepare forecasts and contract analyses; monitor performance and report global results
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts at all organizational levels
- May hold direct or indirect supervisory duties
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Participate in global travel to support customer sites
