Responsibilities
and Expectations
- Process individual and group health insurance policy applications and renewals accurately and timely.
- Verify submitted documents forpleteness andpliance with health Insurance Authority regulations.
- Update policyholder information in the system and ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments for policy-related clarifications.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding policy terms, coverage, and premium payments.
- Generate policy schedules, endorsements, and renewal notices.
- Ensurepliance with internal SOPs and regulatory standards.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in policy data and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and policy information.
- Support digital transformation initiatives including e-policy servicing platforms.
- Collaborate with brokers and agents for policy servicing support.
- Escalateplex servicing issues to senior staff or supervisors.
Academic and Additional Qualifications Needed
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Insurance, or related field.Basic understanding of health insurance products and policy servicing workflows.Proficiency in MS Office and insurance policy management systems.Fluency in Mandarin / Cantonese, and English (speak, read, and write).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Customer service orientation andmunication skills.About Cognizant :
