Requirements :

  • Education : Diploma holder in relevant field
  • Administrative and Clerical skills : Proficient in MS Office suite Excellent typing & data entry skills with high degree of accuracy Strong organizational and file management skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • Communication skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills – BM and English, 3rd language is added advantage Ability to interact professionally with cross-functional team members and clients Strong attention to details Collaborative mindset and willing to support other T&P member

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with compiling proposal document requirement for HR, Finance, QHSE other than technical narratives, CV and other materials
  • Format proposal content according to client’s requirement and Bureau Veritas standards, ensuring consistent branding and styling
  • Prepare proposal cover sheets, title pages, table of contents and other related matter
  • Manage proposal document control from proposal numbering system to online files and / or folder organization
  • Coordinate the printing and arrange for proposal submission if hardcopy is required
  • Provide general administrative support to the Tenders & Proposal team such as meeting rooms booking, taking minutes and distribution of materials
  • Handling e-signature and personal details of top management for official document
  • Collaborate with Tender & Proposal team to identify process improvement and best practices
  • Stay informed of proposal requirements and formats for target clients and opportunities
