Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
  • Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Exhibit excellent sales skills, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and CRM practices.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Shah Alam and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Target driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets in the polymer / rubber industry or Adhesives industries as well.
  • Close monitoring customer request and stocks.
  • Build a strong communication and bonding customers
  • Follow up sales collection
  • Develop new customer accounts

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the polymer and rubber industry, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for the company's products and services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the company.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key opportunities and challenges in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques, continuously improving skills and expertise to enhance sales effectiveness.
