Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
- Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking a career in sales.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in both spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Exhibit excellent sales skills, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and CRM practices.
- Willingness to work onsite in Shah Alam and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Target driven and self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets in the polymer / rubber industry or Adhesives industries as well.
- Close monitoring customer request and stocks.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the polymer and rubber industry, focusing on expanding the customer base and increasing market share.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas for the company's products and services.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of the company's offerings.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies and guidelines.Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline development.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives, contributing to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the company.Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, highlighting key opportunities and challenges in the market.Stay up-to-date on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques, continuously improving skills and expertise to enhance sales effectiveness.Benefits
