Requirements
- Diploma in Automotive Technology / Maintenance, preferably from TOC (The Otomotif College).
- Knowledge of lubricant standards (e.g., SAE, API) and automotive parts & systems.
- Experience in technical support or a workshop background is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Malay is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, logical thinker, and skilled in organizing technical content.
- Responsible, proactive in learning, and willing to travel for site support when required.
Responsibilities
Develop strong knowledge of the company’s automotive lubricant and performance parts product line.Provide technical support to customers and internal sales teams (e.g., oil recommendations, part compatibility, troubleshooting).Prepare and maintain product documentation including technical specifications, datasheets, and FAQs.Deliver technical briefings or training to sales teams and customers.Collect and report market feedback, customer technical queries, and product trends for R&D and marketing reference.Support product launch activities including technical testing and documentation preparation.Benefits
