Requirements

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively.Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery.Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within the company's products and services.Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and suggest improvements to management.Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to customer service and sales.Benefits
