Interior Designer

We are looking for an Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced design and build environment. You'll be involved in conceptualizing, designing, and executing projects with a strong emphasis on function, practicality, and aesthetics. This role requires hands-on involvement from design to site execution, working closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects on time. -Develop conceptual, detailed, and unique designs based on client requirement. Important to have a good sense of visual aesthetics. -Prepare and present mood boards, material selections, and design proposals. -Produce 2D technical drawings, space planning, and oversee 3D visualization work. -Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution. -Handles multiple projects with ease, delivering top-notch work on time, every time. -Ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness while maintaining project profitability. -Be a part of the team to create standardisation in design details, liaising with inter-departmental colleagues on design requests, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure milestones are met on schedule. • Good attendance is a must. -6 working days a week (Monday to Saturday), 9am-6pm. -Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia. English and Mandarin will be added advantage. -1-3 years of experience in the Interior Design field. Fresh graduates are welcome too. -Diploma / Degree in Interior Design or related field. -Proficiency in Residential and Commercial Interior Design, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape or 3DS Max, Photoshop, V-Ray, and Illustrator. -Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing. -Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills. -A keen eye for aesthetics, but with a strong focus on functionality and buildability. -Knowledge in graphics will be an added advantage. -Strong creativity and ability to visualize concepts. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work on time, and consistently exceeding expectations.
