You will lead the SEA Tax Compliance Team based in Kuala Lumpur, serving the Japan, Oceania, and SEA markets . Your responsibilities include preparing tax compliance documents, handling both internal and external tax reporting, and managing transfer pricing (TP) related matters. Additionally, you will support tax projects and tax planning within the zone, with a primary focus on the SEA market.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Prepare tax computations as required to file for tax payments in compliance with local tax regulations
- Prepare both direct and indirect tax returns and ensure they are lodged before statutory due dates
- Prepare and finalize annual statutory and tax disclosures with local tax teams
- Execute internal tax reporting, forecast and analysis when applicable
