Position Responsibilities -Under the guidance of supervisor, apply academic knowledge in a real-world business environment by developing scientific and technical information, creating training materials, and establishing procedures. -Assist in New Product Development (NPD) projects, including trials and testing. -Support Quality and Compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and records. -Conduct market research, data collection, and report preparation. -Help manage lab activities, including cleanliness, inventory, and equipment calibration. -Work with internal teams on continuous improvement and change management projects. -Perform other business-related tasks assigned by supervisor / co-workers to support business needs.
