Intern, Product & Technical Development (Halal Management)

Position Responsibilities  -Under the guidance of supervisor, apply academic knowledge in a real-world business environment by developing scientific and technical information, creating training materials, and establishing procedures. -Assist in New Product Development (NPD) projects, including trials and testing. -Support Quality and Compliance initiatives by maintaining documentation and records. -Conduct market research, data collection, and report preparation. -Help manage lab activities, including cleanliness, inventory, and equipment calibration. -Work with internal teams on continuous improvement and change management projects. -Perform other business-related tasks assigned by supervisor / co-workers to support business needs. Qualification and Experiences  -Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related science field. -Preferably or able to commit up to 6 months internship. -Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa. -Priority Traits - Integrity and Responsibility, Ambition and Proactiveness, Passion for Food and Science, Curiosity, A Adaptability, Good Communication and Team Player. -Secondary Traits – Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Mindset, Self-starter, Result Focus, Able to Multitask. -Smart Gadget and Computer literate – MS Office, Statistical Software, Performance and Efficiency App. -Possess own transport. a Necessity, not a Luxury
