We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated candidate to join our People Operations team! As a Human Resources Intern, you will be primarily supporting office management and administrative functions related to maintenance, upkeep and improvement of the office and its assets. Additionally, the Human Resources Intern will be able to work closely with all People Ops’ specializations, support daily operations related to Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Employee Engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition, Culture, and Engagement

  • Supporting related tasks within our talent acquisition process - from sourcing candidates to onboarding them into the company
  • Learn how to assess candidates via interview and CV screenings, identify talent & stakeholder relations
  • Create a positive employee experience by supporting the People Operations team on areas related to culture and employee engagement including but not limited to the planning / coordination of team meetings, company socials, and engagement initiatives
  • Office Management

  • Ensure our office is a conducive and inspiring workspace through innovative problem solving and seamless coordination of office upkeep
  • Act as a liaison between our company and external parties / vendors involved in the management of our premises, ensuring smooth operations through effective communication
  • Work with the People Ops & Tech team to provide office management / IT related support to employees and ensure our assets / equipment are managed and maintained well
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Pursuing a diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management / Administration, Administrative Services, Office Management, or related courses
  • Previous experience or interest in human resources or office management
  • Strong communication skills, confident to engage in discussions using excellent verbal and written skills in English (additional bilingual competencies in regional languages is a plus)
  • A detail-oriented person, with strong organization & self-management skills
  • Able to be proactive in problem-solving and apply solutions quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel etc)
  • Knowledge in IT networking & administrative management is an added advantage
  • Able to commit to a minimum for three (3) months’ internship
