Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience on procurement, purchasing or supplier negotiation (preferably in F&B Manufacturing
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supplier negotiation (preferably in manufacturing).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement software (ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities
Handle the full procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and best pricing.Monitor stock levels and plan purchases according to production needs.Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new opportunities.Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.Work closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.Monitor market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options.Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget constraints.Benefits
