JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Coordinator supports the LearnTech sales team by managing CRM records, preparing proposals, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, product, and delivery teams. This role enhances operational efficiency and helps the sales team stay focused on client engagement and deal closure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. CRM Oversight
Monitor and ensure sales team members are maintaining accurate and timely updates in Zoho CRM; provide guidance to uphold data quality and consistency.
2. Proposal and Sales Document Preparation
Prepare, format, and update proposals, quotations, and agreements using standardized templates while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
3. Sales Team Coordination
Arrange client demos, internal meetings, and follow-up calls; support onboarding of new sales hires by providing access to tools and relevant documentation.
4. Renewal and Deal Monitoring
Track renewals and upcoming expiries for all LearnTech products, flagging critical dates to the team for timely action.
5. Administrative and Operational Support
Organize sales folders and templates, coordinate with the delivery team to align proposals with internal timelines and resource availability.
