Job Summary
We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to bring the company’s vision to life across digital, physical, and retail touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 – 5 years of experience who’s passionate about branding, content creation, design, and storytelling across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Design
- Deliver company’s brand vision across all communication and marketing channels
- Design digital and print assets (e.g., brochures, packaging, signage, EDMs, menus)
- Maintain and evolve the Brand Bible and visual identity
- Oversee all design deliverables including social media visuals and event collaterals
- Manage and execute packaging design and sourcing
- Support in the spatial design of factory and retail / shop environments
- Assist in web design, UI elements, and website maintenance (working with developers when needed)
- Liaise with external vendors for printing and production
Content Creation
Design static and motion content for campaigns and daily marketing (e.g., imagery, gifs, videos)Ensure brand consistency across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and websiteStay updated on visual trends and maintain an idea / content bankDevelop creative assets optimized for various formats and placementsPhotography (A bonus skill but not critical to role)
Plan, style, and execute product and lifestyle photoshootsEdit and organize raw and final imagery for easy use across platformsVideography (A bonus skill but not critical to role)
Collaborate on storyboarding and filming visual contentEdit and render video content for marketing and branding useArchive footage and media in a structured system for future reuseResearch & Marketing Support
Research and implement current design and content trendsSupport with chocolate product research and visual documentationParticipate in local and overseas site visits (e.g., farms, partners) for storytelling and brandingSecondary Role — Visual Merchandising
Design engaging in-store and window displaysStrategically arrange products to enhance customer engagementEnsure brand consistency across physical store layoutsStay informed on retail design trends and seasonal updatesTechnical Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesignSkilled in video editing : Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred)Familiarity with Figma and basic web / UI design toolsExperience with photography and stylingEye for detail, layout, typography, and motionAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesIndependent, resourceful, and creativeRequirements :
3–5 years of experience in a related role, from any industry backgroundStrong creativity in packaging design and marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, posters)Experience working with local printers and managing print production processes is a plusSalary : Up to RM7, 000
