Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance / Higher / Graduate / Degree in Administration or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge in human resources management and internal control policy and procedure.
- Computer literate and familiar in Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Words, Outlook.
- Ability to start work with short notice will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
Handle and executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relationsMaintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulationsOrganising and coordinating company events, meetings, and other administrative tasksProviding administrative support to the management team and other departments as neededLiaising with external service providers, vendors, and government agencies on administrative matters (DOE, DOSH, JTK).Continuously improving HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and effectivenessTo implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the integrated management system.To oversee, manage control human resources and administration for the company.Arranging service and record for machineries.Plan, purchase and manage office supplies, equipmentAssisting accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations and supplier payment arrangement.To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superiorBenefits
