We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role requires a deep understanding of content creation, social media trends, and digital lead generation strategies. Your roles and responsibilities include : Social Media Management -Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using social media tools. -Monitor engagement and community interactions; respond to comments and messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner. -Maintain a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms Content Creation -Develop compelling copy, visuals, and short-form videos that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. -Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to generate content ideas that align with campaign goals and product / service offerings. -Create content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events. Lead Generation and Campaigns -Strategize and execute digital campaigns with a focus on lead acquisition (e.g., email sign-ups, free trial conversions, landing page traffic). -Collaborate with performance marketing to track campaign performance and optimize for conversion. -Use storytelling to nurture interest and drive users from awareness to consideration and sign-up. Analytics and Reporting -Track KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, leads generated) and deliver monthly performance reports. -Use insights to adjust content strategies and improve performance. -Stay updated on algorithm changes and new features on each platform. Job Requirements : -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. -1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. -Strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for design and branding. -Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.) -Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and Instagram Analytics. -Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and lead generation funnels. -Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Nice to Have : -Experience in the wellness, lifestyle, or health industry. -Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools. -Experience in influencer marketing, including working with KOLs, KOCs, and user-generated content (UGC).
