Warehouse Manager

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the courier / logistics industry.

Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Familiar with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and parcel tracking tools.

Able to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations.

Good command of English and [other relevant language

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations

Supervise all warehouse activities including parcel inbound, sorting, storage, and outbound processes.

Ensure parcels are processed in a timely and accurate manner to meet delivery deadlines.

Monitor parcel scanning and ensure accurate tracking throughout the supply chain.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of warehouse staff, including sorters, loaders, and supervisors.

Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

Schedule shifts and assign tasks to ensure manpower optimization.

Inventory & Asset Control

Monitor and manage inventory of packaging materials and other supplies.

Maintain and safeguard warehouse equipment and assets.

Compliance & Safety

Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the warehouse.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations.

Reporting & Analysis

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse KPIs (parcel volume, lead time, accuracy, etc.).

Identify and resolve operational issues; suggest continuous improvement plans.
