Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma / SPM or equivalent
  • Able to speak in English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail F&B chain store management with proven and successful track records in F&B management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to team members
  • Easily adaptable to environment and interact with all level of people
  • Result oriented
  • Able to work under strict datelines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the entire Chicken & Beer outlet
  • Communicate with customers to receive feedback and manage complaints
  • Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Manage restaurant supplies
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned time to time
