Requirements
- Possess a minimum of Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates seeking to begin their career in customer service.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing helpful and effective support.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Maintain a high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required to cater to local customers and business needs.
- Willingness to work full-time at the onsite location in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the service they received.Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service standards.Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Benefits
