DC Facility Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Facility Manager to join our team. As a Data Centre Facility Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facility's MandE infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of the data center facility team to ensure successful. Job Descriptions -Provide direction, management, and mentorship to the Data Centre Facility team to ensure successful achievement of business goals and process adherence. -Manage design standards across Data Centre Facility utilizing industry best practices. -Maintain, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot Data Centre equipment connectivity issues, provide break / fix resolutions or escalation. -Work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum by improving efficiency and implementing new Data Centre strategies. -Work to find creative ways to keep operational costs to a minimum by improving efficiency and implementing new Data Centre strategies. -Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously and successfully. -Manage projects and work closely with customers / vendors for Data Centre critical infrastructure solutions, including design, build, testing, and commissioning for both internal and external projects. -Work closely with the Data Centre Operations Team and Data Centre Technical Team. -Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or the Senior Management. Requirements : -Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent. -Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Centre and facility management. -Professional affiliation such as CDCP, CDCS, PMP is an advantage. -Experience in management of staff. -Independent and good communication skills. -Knowledge in Microsoft Office -Ability to read blueprints / CAD drawings is an advantage.
