Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building analytical solutions, generating actionable insights, and supporting data migration and engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Gather operational intelligence on business processes and policies from various sources.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports using operational data.
Develop and maintain a semantic core to align data with business processes.
Support data processing, analysis, and reporting for operations teams.
Analyze complex datasets and create dashboards for senior management.
Design and implement optimal data workflows and reporting processes.
Conduct regression testing of data release processes / streams.
Support initiatives involving data migration, data engineering, and advanced data analysis.

Technologies & Tools :

Big Data : Spark, Hive, DataBricks

Programming Languages : SQL, Python

BI & Analytics Tools : Power BI (DAX), Tableau, Dataiku

Operating System : Unix

Qualifications :

Proven experience in data analytics, engineering, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.

Hands-on experience with big data platforms like Spark and Hive.

Solid experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Dataiku.

Familiarity with Unix-based systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have :

Experience in data modeling and semantic layer development.

Understanding of business process mapping and optimization.
