Interior Designer (Commercial Design)

This position is offered by Creationz Plus Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Creationz Alliance Group Holding Sdn Bhd. https : / / creationzplus.com / -Manage multiple projects under the guidance of the Design Lead and Business Development team. -Communicate effectively with clients regarding design-related matters, understand their requirements, and convey clear objectives to the team. -Establish and maintain strong client relationships. -Work independently and proactively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills both individually and within a team. -Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite. -Possess in-depth knowledge of design trends, construction methodologies, and the appropriate application of office Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FFandE). -Design within project parameters, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline constraints. -Continuously research and enhance design knowledge and skills, both independently and collaboratively. -Adapt to an increasingly paperless work environment, with a strong commitment to sustainability. -Ensure high design quality within the project team while mentoring and coaching junior designers to enhance collaboration and skill development. -Ensure compliance with Malaysian building codes and local Building-By-Laws, while effectively executing space planning. -Provide clear and structured project status reports to superiors. -Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business and project goals. -Oversee quality control for all design document deliverables presented to clients. -Align work with company and department strategies, planning, and targets while fostering a cohesive team environment. -Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the company’s Integrated Management System (ISO9001, ISO37001, ISO45001, ISO14001). Education and Experience : -Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution. -Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. -Experience managing the entire project lifecycle. -Proven ability to lead both Design Consultancy and Design and Build projects.
