We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager (APAC) to lead strategic growth efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the digital health or -mental wellness industry (preferably from companies like Naluri, Intellect, or MindFi), and bring a strong network and consultative sales expertise to the table.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B client acquisition across key APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients in the healthcare, corporate wellness, HR-tech, and insurance sectors.
- Develop regional go-to-market strategies tailored to the APAC market landscape.
- Lead partnership development, contract negotiations, and enterprise account management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and service offerings for local markets.
- Represent MantraCare at regional events, webinars, and industry meetups.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Experience- : 4-8 years in business development or sales, ideally within digital health, mental wellness, or HR-tech startups.Preferred Background : Prior experience at companies like Naluri, Intellect, MindFi, or similar.Location : Based in Malaysia, Singapore, or the Philippines with remote work flexibility.Skills :
