We are seeking an experienced and high-performing Business Development Manager (APAC) to lead strategic growth efforts in the Asia-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the digital health or -mental wellness industry (preferably from companies like Naluri, Intellect, or MindFi), and bring a strong network and consultative sales expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B client acquisition across key APAC markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines).
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise clients in the healthcare, corporate wellness, HR-tech, and insurance sectors.
  • Develop regional go-to-market strategies tailored to the APAC market landscape.
  • Lead partnership development, contract negotiations, and enterprise account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and service offerings for local markets.
  • Represent MantraCare at regional events, webinars, and industry meetups.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Experience- : 4-8 years in business development or sales, ideally within digital health, mental wellness, or HR-tech startups.
  • Preferred Background : Prior experience at companies like Naluri, Intellect, MindFi, or similar.
  • Location : Based in Malaysia, Singapore, or the Philippines with remote work flexibility.
  • Skills :

  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of corporate wellness needs and buyer personas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with data-driven sales strategies and CRM tools
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in business, healthcare, or related fields)
