Requirements :

This role would require Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills, both reading and writing.

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Diploma or relevant certificate in any field.
  • Required language(s) : Cantonese, Mandarin & English (Read and write).
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Services field (Call Center is advantageous).
  • Basic Salary based on experience.
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to customize the product to customer needs.
  • Computer literate.
  • Positive working attitude and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Independent, proactive and self-driven.

Scopes :

  • To respond to queries from customers (members) who have acquired the products and services (including feedback, appointment queries and complaints according to the standard operating procedures set by the campaign).
  • To provide customers with product and service information.
  • To support via voice (calls).
  • To key in booking information of customers in the booking system.
