Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM / Certificate / Diploma level in any field
- Preferably Junior Executive level specialized in administrative and management or equivalent
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Independent, Organized and able to multi-task
- Willing to accept and learn new things without hesitation
- Able to stayback if there is any ad hoc task
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Coordinate and manage contracts and agreements related to sales activities, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.Organize and maintain proper filing systems, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily retrievable.Handle communication channels, including incoming phone calls, emails, courier arrangements, and product return processes.Assist in the preparation and compilation of sales reports, including data entry, tracking, and analysis.Handle order processing and coordination, ensuring accurate order entries, timely fulfilment, and effective communication with relevant teams.Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaign and sales initiatives.Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales & Marketing Manager or department leads.Benefits
