Must be able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
Diploma or Degree holders welcome.
Fresh grads encouraged to apply.
1+ year of experience in customer service / warehouse / e-commerce is a plus.
Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities

Customer Service—

Regularly follow up with customers on their orders and enquiries to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.

Manage old customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with regular follow-ups.

Handle customer enquiries via call, email & social messages.

Handle basic complaints, returns, and collaboration.

Track and organize basic customer service data.

E-commerce platform management support.

Fulfillment & Inventory—

Pick, pack, and ship orders according to the daily schedule.

Prepare shipping documents (airway bill, etc.) and complete parcel collection / drop-off.

Manage inventory, restock, and conduct stock counts.

Handle basic warehouse record keeping and stock arrangement.
