Responsibilities
Be the Voice of The Stay Hub – Act as the first-tier support team, handling guest inquiries professionally via calls, emails, and messages.Manage Reservations and Guest Services – Coordinate bookings, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently and accurately.Ensure Smooth Homestay Operations – Oversee and plan daily homestay operations, ensuring high service standards.Own Every Guest Experience – Proactively solve problems, address concerns, and create positive experiences for our guests.Implement Policies and Standards – Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Work as a Team – Collaborate with operations and management teams, sharing insights to enhance service quality.Drive Business Growth – Contribute ideas and efforts toward the success and expansion of our hospitality business.Stay Organized and Efficient – Track, follow up, and resolve guest requests promptly.Be Ready to Go the Extra Mile – Provide occasional after-hours support to ensure smooth operations.Benefits
