Requirements
- Minimum education : SPM and above
- Required skills : Communication, Customer Service, Organizational Skills
- Must be fluent in English, Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience in a similar role (dental or healthcare setting ideal)
- communication skills – confident, caring, and assertive
- Highly organised with attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Comfortable managing high volumes of patient coordination and scheduling
- Passionate about patient care and service delivery
- Able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
- Tech-savvy and experienced with office systems and reporting
Responsibilities
Ensuring smooth and professional patient arrival, scheduling and communicationManaging appointment books to maximise efficiency and meet clinical KPIsTaking charge of patient coordination post-consultation : arranging appointments, payment options, and liaising with third-party service providersActing as the patient’s main point of contact, ensuring all their needs are met with a smileKey Responsibilities :
