Thepany is currently hiring for the role of Technical Support Advisor - M365. This position supports users of Microsoft 365 products, helping resolve technical issues and ensuring smooth digital operations.

Your new role

  • Provides advanced technical support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Troubleshootplex issues related to mail flow, email delivery, and spam filtering.
  • Manage support tickets, emails, and inbound calls efficiently.
  • Administer and monitor Office 365 environments, ensuring optimal performance and securitypliance.
  • Apply ITIL and service management principles in daily operations.
  • Deliver presentations and discuss solutions at a technical level with enterprise customers.
  • Handle critical customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Stay updated on innovative technologies and support customer digital transformation.
  • Collaborate on escalations and explore creative workarounds to resolve issues.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Open to fresh graduates who have a strong understanding of troubleshooting and want to develop their career along this path
  • Understanding 365 core services : Teams, Onedrive, Sharepoint
  • Ability to troubleshoot 365 environments, Sharepoint, SCCM and Intune
  • Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Cloud products
  • Understanding of 365 Attribute Management, including User Objects, 365 Groups, Exchange Shared Mailboxes and Licence Management
  • Understanding of Active Directory, Exchange server deployments and 365 functionalities.
  • Troubleshooting experience with Mail Flow
  • Able to speak, read and write Mandarin to support China / Taiwan market
